By browsing this website or enrolling in a lesson, workshop, or private review with Cyber Secure Systems, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.
Services described
Pages describing the Trendline & Channel Intensive, Channel Clinic, Private Chart Review, and related calendar dates are informational. A binding booking arises only after we confirm a seat or appointment in writing and you complete any required deposit or prepayment.
Educational scope
Our lessons teach chart structure methods for trendline and channel analysis. They are educational. They are not personalised investment advice, brokerage services, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.
Intellectual property
Worksheet packs, board diagrams, and written materials provided in class remain the intellectual property of Cyber Secure Systems. You may keep your personal annotated copies for private study. You may not reproduce course materials for resale, public courses, or redistribution without written permission.

Text and design on cybersecuresystems.digital are owned by Cyber Secure Systems unless otherwise noted. You may not scrape, mirror, or commercially reuse site content without consent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Cyber Secure Systems is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after attending a lesson. Our liability for confirmed paid services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Conduct in the room
We may remove a participant who disrupts the class, harasses others, or records sessions without permission. In such cases, refund treatment follows the refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services booked through this site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future visits and bookings.
