Data we collect
- Enquiry form fields: name, email, selected lesson type, optional preferred date, and message content
- Booking administration: deposit references, attendance records, and notes you ask us to keep from a private review
- Technical logs: basic server or hosting logs that may include IP address and browser type
- Cookie-related data as described in our cookie policy
We do not ask for resident registration numbers, payment card numbers through this website, or copies of brokerage account credentials.
Purposes
We use personal data to reply to enquiries, confirm seats, send practical joining instructions, administer refunds or reschedules, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Korea.
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 24 months. Booking and payment correspondence is retained up to five years for accounting and dispute purposes, or longer where law requires. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier when no booking exists and no legal hold applies.
User rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where appropriate, and restriction of certain processing. Send requests to info@cybersecuresystems.digital. We respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in the Republic of Korea. If a hosting or email provider processes data on servers outside Korea, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable requirements. Chart images you share for a review are used only for that teaching purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting, email, or accounting providers acting on our instructions, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Children
Lessons are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here. Significant changes affecting enrolled students will also be noted in booking correspondence when practical.
